As an Employment Associate, you will be responsible for advising and assisting clients with largely contentious work, including preparation for employment tribunal cases, advocacy in employment tribunals, and drafting correspondence. You will also provide general advice on employment law matters, including conduct of disciplinary investigations, grievance procedures, and redundancy programmes.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE, experience in contentious and non-contentious work, and excellent attention to detail. They will also possess commercial awareness and a willingness to accept new challenges.

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, hybrid working arrangement, generous annual leave, company pension scheme, and private medical care.
