About the Role

iPeople Solutions seeks an experienced Contextual Safeguarding Lead to join our team in Brent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of contextual safeguarding across the London Borough of Brent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the provision of high-quality services by leading, developing, monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the contextual safeguarding approach.
  2. Oversight of high-quality practice with children who experience extra-familial harm.
  3. Evaluation of contextual safeguarding, including tracking and planning of service improvement mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing contextual safeguarding approaches.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and implement policies.
  • Collaborative working style with various stakeholders.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
