About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Nighttime Receptionist at Ballymore, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our estate's facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident requests and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist estate security in maintaining a secure environment.
  • Process resident parcels and issue visitor parking permits.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and clients.
  • Maintain effective communication systems within the estate.
  • Restrict access to authorized personnel only.
  • Report any incidents or complaints.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
