About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Store Team as an Office Team Member. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store's administration processes, including stock and cash handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily store administration tasks, which includes accurate stock management and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the admin processes to support excellent audit results.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms, providing excellent customer service.
  • Confidently identify and report any administration issues or discrepancies to the Store Team.
  • Take ownership of your development and growth within the company.

About You:

  • You are a highly organized and accurate individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively with the Store Team.
  • You are flexible, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile.
  • You are comfortable using a PC and have basic IT skills.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
