Market Research Executive Job Description

Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Market Research Executive to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform numerical analyses on internal and external data sources, including CRM data, government statistics, and consumer attitudinal measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement research plans, processes, and frameworks for member engagement.
  • Communicate research findings and insights to key stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Manage and protect member and customer information in accordance with organizational policies and GDPR regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent work experience in a relevant field, such as social sciences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critique data sources and use own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Full UK driving license and vehicle for travel (if required).
