Behaviour Management Specialist

We are seeking a Behaviour Management Specialist to join our team of educators in Birmingham. As a cover manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the teacher.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive student outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff, fostering a sense of community and respect.
- Assist with general school duties, such as exam invigilation or supporting school events.
