Role Overview
Cpl UK Healthcare is seeking an experienced Deputy Children's Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing therapeutic care and a nurturing environment for children and young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in leading the home and developing strategies to improve services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality care and achieve outstanding outcomes for residents.
- Supervise and develop staff members, ensuring they receive adequate training and support.

Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Children/Young People or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's home and/or learning disabilities setting.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
