Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a health and safety management system that reflects legal and good practice standards.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our finance team to manage insurance for building and contents.
- Oversee facility-based activities, including security, parking, cleaning, and building works.
- Supervise cleaning staff and external contractors carrying out building projects, renovations, and maintenance.
As a Facilities, Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards. You will also be responsible for managing company vehicles and ensuring that all factory and office waste is processed in line with required standards.
Requirements:- IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) accreditation or similar.
- Diploma or degree in occupational health and safety or environmental health.
