About the Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Teacher to join our team at an excellent secondary school in Northamptonshire.

Job Description
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, following the national curriculum.
  • Develop creative schemes of work that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
  • Support students in achieving their personal best, whether in coursework or GCSE examinations.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages self-expression and critical thinking.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements
  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Has experience teaching Art at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
  • Is passionate about creative education and student success.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately £29,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to resources and facilities to support innovative teaching.
