Female Prison Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Keyworker for Women in Custody. In this role, you will work closely with women being held on remand at HMP Eastwood Park, providing them with the support and guidance they need to overcome their challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive needs assessments for each woman in your care.
• Developing and implementing tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each woman.
• Providing one-to-one support, outreach, and group interventions to help women address their trauma and achieve long-term lasting change.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference to women's lives. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a 6% employer contribution to your pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays.
