Credit Controller

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts and Finance team at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers and homeowners to settle overdue accounts in a friendly and professional manner.
- Negotiating repayment plans and discussing account terms as necessary.
- Handling delicate situations, particularly with customers facing financial difficulties, and determining the best course of action.
- Liaising with Solicitors to pass on unrecoverable debt.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with customers at all times.
Requirements:
- At least one year's experience as a Credit Controller in a B2C credit control function.
- Proven record of recovering aged debt balances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good client relationships.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good standard of education, with a minimum of GCSE to level C/5 in English and Maths.
- High standard of competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
