Security Officer Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at TCFM. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for promoting confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision-making, communication, and professional security standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy
* Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate
* Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover
* Utilise the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches
**Requirements:**
* A valid SIA licence for this role
* Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
