About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Assessment Clinician. As a key member of our team, you will conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities, analyzing clinical information and supporting evidence to create comprehensive reports.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and dig deeper. You must also be able to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute and have demonstrable experience using IT and Microsoft Office, including remotely accessing systems such as MS Teams.

The successful candidate will start with a 12-week training program, with ongoing development opportunities available. Our company prioritizes its employees' growth and well-being, offering a supportive environment to help you excel in your career.

A competitive salary package of £38,500-£41,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time) is available, along with a 5% retention bonus and up to 10% bonus upon achievement of certain milestones. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional to our team
