As a forward-thinking company, we're committed to innovation and making the most of Out of Home media. We're currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative services to the Construction Manager and Project Managers, ensuring adherence to Company procedures.
  • Support reporting and analysis on activity and contract performance.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, maps, and permits, coordinating with other departments.
  • Liaise with external contractors, obtaining quotes and dealing with queries.
  • Assist with national and local projects as required by the Construction Manager.
  • Offer administrative support to the Construction department, including meeting organisation and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • You'll be highly organised and able to work under pressure, with a positive nature and ability to build relationships.
  • A competitive salary of £24,850 per annum, plus 8% bonus.
  • Flexible working hours with the option to work from home.
  • 33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
