Job Description

As a Flooring Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our flooring projects from measure to finish. This includes managing and directing team members, planning and coordinating resources, and liaising with the Site Safety Officer to maintain high safety standards.

You will also work closely with the client to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that project specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead flooring projects from measure to finish
  • Manage and direct team members to ensure project specifications are met
  • Plan and coordinate resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
  • Collaborate with the Site Safety Officer to maintain high safety standards
  • Develop and implement KPIs with the client

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and coordinate resources effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 + Company Vehicle. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
