At Entech Technical Solutions Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering activities and deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that solutions meet requirements and are fit for purpose.
- Develop and implement engineering plans, including work breakdown structures and delivery strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security clearances and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering engineering projects.
- Strong technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an understanding of Software and Systems engineering.
- Experience in producing engineering plans, estimating, and managing risks.
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
- Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance.
