Inventory Control Specialist

As a Team Leader at Staffline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's global third-party logistics provider.
Salary: £13.50 per hour
About the JobThis full-time position involves working rotational shifts in Northampton. Your duties will include receiving and processing inbound stock, quality control, system maintenance, health and safety enforcement, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Receipt of Goods: Previous experience in receipting and processing inbound stock
- Quality control: Ability to identify and control the presentation and stacking of stock
- System control: Maintain accurate records of the inbound status via our inbound system
- Health and Safety: Enforce Health and Safety regulations and in-house best practice to keep all colleagues safe
- Management: Previous experience managing a team of up to 10 people
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
