- Lead the response to data breaches or incidents, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to mitigate risks and notify relevant authorities within the required timelines.
- Provide expert advice to senior management, employees, and stakeholders on data protection issues, ensuring that new projects and initiatives are designed with privacy in mind.
- Oversee and manage data subject access requests to ensure timely and compliant responses to individuals exercising their data rights.
