We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Operator to join our team at Silver Arrow Recruitment. As an Ocean Export Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of freight from our warehouse to our clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure all freight is moved on time and in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Arrange transportation with shipping lines and ensure all necessary documentation is in place
  • Manage and process invoices and payments for freight services
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, including experience with hazardous goods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong numerical and commercial skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cargowise
