Academics Ltd is seeking an experienced Primary Curriculum Leader to join our team in Stevenage. As a key member of our educational institution, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across various curriculum areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality curriculum content to ensure student academic success.
  • Liaising with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing targeted support to address any learning gaps.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives that promote student excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will require a HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working in a primary school setting. A strong understanding of primary curriculum frameworks and teaching strategies is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
