Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest luggage, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling guest luggage with care and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of London and its surroundings
  • Fluency in English language
