As a Luggage Porter at Melia White House Hotel NW1 3UP, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure experience of our guests. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest luggage, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling guest luggage with care and attention to detail
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of London and its surroundings
- Fluency in English language
