About This Role


We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Associate to join our team at Ruskin Mill Trust in Stourbridge. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality support services and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.



Key Responsibilities



  • Support residents with daily living tasks, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with regulations
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support


What You'll Need



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or within the health and social care sector
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Familiarity with data protection and confidentiality principles, ensuring resident information is handled securely


Benefits Package


We offer a competitive salary range of £25,386 - £27,292 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £1500 (subject to tax/NI) after completing the 6-month probation period. Sleep-ins are paid at £78.48 per night, equating to approximately £3500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week. You will also have access to various benefits, including:
