Job Title: Caretaker

A Caretaker is required for a 12-month contract, working on high-rise residential blocks and other properties across the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure properties, communal areas, and external grounds are safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained using a hands-on approach via routine inspections and rapid response to incidents, including out-of-hours.
  • Carry out property maintenance and be alert to potential problems.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety procedures and COSHH regulations.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and use own initiative.
  • Carry out minor building maintenance work.
Requirements:
  • Practical ability to carry out property maintenance.
  • Able to respond appropriately to emergencies.
  • Able to carry out minor building maintenance work.
