We are a family-run hotel chain that prides itself on providing a warm welcome to our guests. As a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working across various departments to ensure our guests receive exceptional service.

Your Role

You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, working efficiently to meet the needs of our guests. This will involve working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and using your initiative to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work efficiently to meet the needs of our guests, using your initiative to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Be involved in a varied role, working across bar, restaurant, conference, and room service facilities.
  • Greet our guests with a friendly hello and a smile, creating a positive first impression.
  • Create a friendly, welcoming environment, promoting guest loyalty and retention.
  • Gain knowledge of our menus and food and alcohol standards, ensuring you can provide accurate information to our guests.
  • Receive 'on the job' and distinct Food and Beverage training, developing your skills and knowledge.
