Retrofit Construction Director

TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Retrofit Construction Director to lead projects across Folkestone and surrounding areas.

The estimated salary for this position is £64,250 – dependant on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong knowledge of retrofit standards, building regulations, and energy saving technologies to lead retrofit contracts from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, preparing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and resources effectively.
• Undertake site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work, and overall productivity.

Requirements

• Must have experience in managing retrofit, construction, or energy efficiency projects.
• Strong knowledge of retrofit standards (PAS2030/2035, ECO), building regulations, and energy saving technologies.
• Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, or SMSTS).
• CSCS Managers category.
• Full UK driving licence.
