About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care service at Leonard Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear direction, management, and supervision to our staff team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service is well-run and promotes positive outcomes for disabled people.
- Ensure the service is fully compliant with health and safety management and statutory obligations.
- Operate a financially sound service and manage recruitment, on-going training, development, and performance needs of staff.
- Hold registration for the service and ensure achievement of national minimum care standard requirements.
Requirements
- A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.
- Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a care environment.
