Sales Product/Capability Lead

We're committed to making a positive impact through technology, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Capability Owner – Salesforce | CPQ.
As a key member of our Global Business Operations team, you will be responsible for owning capabilities of the Salesforce Platform, with a specific focus on CPQ, to drive the Lead to Contract Journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivery and adoption of World Class Salesforce Platform Capabilities that fully underpin Aveva Sales Policies and Processes.
- Implementation of Platform Developments that enhance the Lead to Contract Journey and heighten Business Productivity and Proficiency.
- Co-ordination and development of the Customer Journey roadmap, working with Group Process Owners across the end-to-end business processes.
- Ownership of the prioritisation and timing agenda for the business, in consultation with Key Business Stakeholders.
- Clear articulation and communication of Business Impacts to the Senior Sales Leadership team.
Requirements include:
- Customer and business-focused platform owner with a deep understanding of the end-to-end Policies and Processes required to manage the development of global platform capabilities that support the global Aveva organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the Salesforce | CPQ platform, and a detailed understanding of CPQ and associated business impacts.
- A clear understanding of the drivers and requirements, including an understanding of 'what best practice looks like' anchored on Salesforce and specifically CPQ Capabilities.
Technical/professional qualifications include:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Equivalent Professional Experience.
