About the Role:
  • Build lasting relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide expert training and support.
  • Drive business growth by attracting new customers and achieving professional goals in a results-driven environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding them through the entire mortgage service, offering tailored advice on products and services.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to share best practices and foster meaningful relationships.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate your ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Showcase outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Exhibit resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Hold a Full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
