Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Austin Fraser. The successful candidate will provide proactive HR administration support, ensuring effective employee engagement, recruitment, retention, training, and development of all employees.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of administration experience, including basic HR administrator experience. IT literacy with experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proactive HR administration support to ensure effective employee engagement, recruitment, retention, training, and development of all employees.
  2. Assist with the development and updating of new HR Policies and manage the implementation of company policies.
  3. Support with the recruitment process, including advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and assessments.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records including employee databases, personnel files, and third-party contacts.

Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of administration experience, including basic HR administrator experience.
