Role Overview
Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Education Professional to join our team in Witney. This role requires an individual who can adapt the primary school curriculum to meet the unique needs of students, while maintaining a well-organised classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a tidy and accessible classroom with relevant resources.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Ensure compliance with the school's policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience working in an SEND or Alternate Provision setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour control skills.
  • Able to work effectively with students who have special educational needs.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
