About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Housing Operations Specialist to join our team at Stonewater. As a key player in our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our independent living scheme in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in housing operations and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Delivery Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the independent living scheme
- Deliver an on-site housing management service that supports residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment
- Identify and manage risk, including safeguarding, and take accountability for ensuring appropriate actions are taken and controls are in place
- Engage with older people and their families to identify issues and support them in progressing these
- Develop relationships with partner agencies to provide well-being opportunities and support customers to access these services

Requirements
- Experience working in a housing environment or recent frontline customer service experience
- Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and a willingness to learn our in-house systems
- Excellent record-keeping skills, ensuring accurate representation of information
- A motivated and committed self-starter with strong organisational skills and passion for delivering innovative services
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors
