Job Opportunity: Supporting Management Capacity in Specialist Children Services

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced manager to support and develop the management capacity within and across Specialist Children Services. This role will focus on driving integration with universal services to ensure a continuum of care is maintained and developed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the network of Specialist Community Paediatric Teams and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services across the 6 HSCP
  • Lead on the implementation of our neurodevelopmental pathway
  • Engage with services at all levels and remain calm in highly contentious situations
Requirements:
  • Professionally qualified in a health discipline
  • Master's qualification and/or extensive experience in management
  • Proven ability to engage with services at all levels
