Senior Pension Administrator Opportunity

Dimensions Specialist Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join their team in various locations offering flexible hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior pension administrator to further utilise and develop their pension expertise further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, predominantly Defined Benefit schemes.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the team with training, peer review, and development needs.
  • Develop and implement ad-hoc projects to improve service delivery.
  • Attend and present at internal and external meetings, including trustee and/or client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and knowledge of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience of managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
