We are seeking a Part Time Team Leader to join our team, who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing LIDS selling 101 to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Focus on sales and customization, prioritizing the customer's needs at all times.
  • Offer great brand and product knowledge, taking an active interest in learning about our products to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Help build a customer base that returns to the store time after time.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately.

Brand Image: Uphold the LIDS image through maintaining a professional appearance, attitude, visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock replenishment, and maintaining store standards at all times.

Control Expenses: Protect Company assets, participate in managing store inventory, process shipments, reset merchandise, and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

Ensure awareness and adherence to relevant Health & Safety regulations, reporting damage to fixtures and fittings, and reacting appropriately to accidents.

Requirements
  • Previous retail or sales experience is desirable, but a passion for customer service and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences is essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and welcoming approach.
  • Passionate about LIDS products, with a drive to continuously learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours to cover sickness, holiday, or during peak periods.
  • Methodical, thorough, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent numeracy skills, with the ability to operate till/EPOS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead.
  • Ability to read and operate a computer.
  • Standing required for up to 100% of the time.
  • Ability to prove eligibility to work in the UK.
