Job Summary:

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation. You will work closely with our clients to meet their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use
  • Manage start and finish times, inform traffic office of any issues
  • Follow company procedures, adhere to customer procedures
  • Complete all deliveries and collections as manifested
  • Comply with all EU tachograph and WTD regulations
  • Ensure your vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
  • Excellent time keeping - essential
  • 2 years minimum driving experience
  • Maximum of 9 points on licence
  • To hold a full Class 2 licence
  • To have a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/Driver CPC
  • To own a valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good communication skills
Benefits:
  • PAY RATES from £13.00ph - £15.68ph RHP
  • DAYS, NIGHTS & WEEKEND WORK AVAILABLE
  • Monday to Sunday
  • Working for a reputable employer in the local area
  • Minimum of 8 hours shift
