Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Grinder to join our team at our facility in Lincolnshire. As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC grinding machines, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring parts conform to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting and operating CNC grinding machines and performing manual processes
  • Multimanning machines to optimize production
  • Ensuring parts meet drawing specifications and are processed within allotted time
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required
  • Achieving area targets as identified by production management

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,687 - £29,460 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an excellent benefits package, including 25 days holiday per year, subsidised healthcare, personal accident plan, long service award, bike to work scheme, death in service benefit, and a matched pension of 5%.

Working Hours

  • A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm, Friday 6am to 12:45pm (No Premium)
  • B Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:25pm to 9:05pm, Friday 12:35pm to 7pm (20% Premium)
