Technical Services Manager Role Overview

This is a brand new position created due to rapid growth within a leading commercial roofing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site-based activities across the South of England.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either regional specification management, technical services management, project management, or site services management, preferably with experience within the roofing industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out site surveys and risk assessments;
  • Managing contractors and overseeing projects;
  • Visiting multiple sites across the region;
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits Package

We offer an excellent salary of £42,000, along with a bonus scheme, a car allowance, 25 days' holiday, and other benefits such as fuel card, laptop, phone, and expenses. The company values employee training and development, providing opportunities for career progression.

About the Working Environment
