About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Retail Sales Adviser. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and develop your skills in customer service, sales, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage with customers and build strong relationships
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote products to customers
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets by highlighting promotional offers and upselling products
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £10.25 per hour (based on 20 hours per week), increasing to £11.00 per hour after successful completion of the apprenticeship
