Job Opportunity: PE and Sport Mentor (Full Time)

Colchester United Community Foundation (CUCF) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic PE and Sport Mentor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our Community Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality participation, health, and inclusion programs to children, young people, and adults across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, participants, and parents/guardians within community settings.
  • Deliver high-quality provision within the PE/PSHE National Curriculum, extracurricular activities, and community programs.
  • Support the engagement and enrichment of lessons and sessions across programs, contributing to the impact of our Education, Participation, and Health & Inclusion programs.
Requirements:
  • NGB level 2 Coaching Award (e.g., UEFA C Football Coaching License or Level 2 Multi Skills Coaching Award) or working towards.
  • FA Safeguarding Children Certificate.
  • FA Introduction to First Aid Certificate.
  • Willingness to undertake a CUFC Enhanced DBS Check.
  • Full UK Driving License.
