Your RoleThis London-based position is part of our Legal Division supporting the Alternatives business in EMEA. As a corporate lawyer, you'll be primarily focused on transactional support for corporate and infrastructure investing, working as part of a wider team that supports the Alternatives business.
- Transaction support during the life cycle of an investment, including deal inception, structuring, negotiation of deal documentation, review of diligence, and regulatory and reputational issues.
- Ongoing portfolio management and platform support for existing investments, including incidents/escalations and litigation.
- Involvement in regulatory and other projects that affect the Alternatives business.
We're looking for a corporate lawyer with transaction experience in M&A and private equity. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
