**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager - Water Treatment Products to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a high-quality range of water treatment products to consulting engineers, M&E consultants, contractors, FM companies, and other specifiers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Technical field-based role, specifying and selling water treatment products that protect and clean plumbing and heating systems.
- Selling to and generating specifications with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, consulting engineers, FM companies, local authorities, building owners, and other specifiers.
- Back-selling to merchants and distribution channels.
- Focusing on commercial projects such as universities, colleges, hotels, care homes, hospitality, and restaurants.
- Conducting monthly CPD presentations and attending commercially driven events.
- Proposal writing, negotiating terms, and implementing contractual agreements.
**Requirements:**
- Commercial plumbing and heating industry experience.
- Experience selling to consulting engineers, M&E consultants, contractors, FM companies, and designers.
- Technically competent, understanding plant rooms and wider system designs.
- Open to a technical operations background looking to progress into field sales.
- Engineering background preferred.
- Knowledge/experience with related products such as boilers, hot water systems, cylinders, and water heaters.
- Strong in prospecting, closing, and growing new accounts.
