Job Description

As an Activities Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our Activities Team and designing and delivering engaging activities that promote community spirit and independence among our service users.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Salary: £28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster community spirit through group activities, assisting individuals to become more involved in their local community.
  • Celebrate national awareness days, holidays, and individual/collective achievements.
  • Identify new activities and ideas to keep our activities programme fresh and exciting.
