Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of our established rural destination pub, serving a diverse age range and catering to both food and drink enthusiasts.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000, based on the current market conditions and location.

• To oversee the daily operations of the pub, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• To manage the bar area, including staff supervision, inventory control, and stock management.
• To work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a strong food offer.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
