About the Role

DataTech Analytics is seeking a Senior Pricing Consultant to join our expanding team. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team of consultants and analysts to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet client needs.
  • Design and develop analytical tools to support pricing decisions.
  • Communicate complex pricing recommendations to clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff to help them grow and perform at a high level.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven strategy, consulting, or commercial environment.
  • Core process skills including meeting and workshop development, deck writing, storyboarding, logical and structured reasoning, client interviewing, problem solving, data analysis, process design, and change management.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in data science or modeling is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in mentoring others and helping colleagues' development.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • SQL, statistical packages, R, and Tableau are desirable.
