About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team at Sea Containers London. As a Spa Therapist, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional spa treatments and personalized experiences to our guests, ensuring their complete relaxation and rejuvenation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs with the highest level of skill and professionalism.
• Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to guests based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities at all times.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the spa.
• Actively promote spa services, products, and packages to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the spa industry, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
