Account Director

Join our team as an Account Director and take on a leadership role in our Strategic Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our key client accounts, managing a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, and establishing effective working processes to ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our key client accounts and develop strong relationships with clients to understand and embed our services in line with their marketing objectives.
  • Manage a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, providing supportive leadership and clear development objectives, and conducting performance reviews and facilitating career progression.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and embedding our services in line with their marketing objectives.
  • Support the implementation of new processes to build time efficiencies and consistency across planning, communication, and reporting.
  • Ensure excellent campaign delivery through upholding quality standards, testing, and optimisation for our digital campaigns and ongoing management and optimisations for third-party activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading key client accounts in digital media.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work closely with the Group Account Director and Director of Strategy to ensure seamless operational running of client accounts.
