We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Solicitor to join our team at Jobbankentrepreneur. As a Claims Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims, including handling pre and post-litigation matters.
  • Client Communication: Maintain client records and contact information, handle client inquiries and requests, and keep clients updated on the progress of their matters.
  • Liaison with Experts: Liaise with and instruct experts and counsel where necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Business Development: Assist in the business development and growth of the department, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, including responding to client inquiries, resolving client complaints, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least one year of independent case management and litigation experience, preferably in housing disrepair.
  • Qualifications: A background in law, preferably with a focus on housing disrepair.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proven track record of successfully handling a caseload of housing disrepair matters.
