Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in a dynamic environment. As the Head Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision and scheduling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, managing inventory and supplies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead and motivate a team.
  • Able to work well under pressure, maintaining composure during peak periods.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
