About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Development Worker, supporting our commitment to reduce the prevalence of smoking and tackle health inequalities in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver stop smoking advice and support referral to service
- Target vulnerable populations within the city
- Work collaboratively with local agencies and community groups
- Provide brief advice to smokers in various settings
Requirements
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area
- Demonstrable commitment to professional and personal development
- Willingness to complete NCSCT training
