We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer - Tooling to join our client's team in the Tredegar area.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be part of the Toolroom team responsible for maintaining and servicing all injection moulding and press tools on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Tooling engineer to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks on tooling.

• Perform routine health, safety, and environmental checks on tooling equipment.

• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize tool performance.

• Work closely with the production team to resolve any issues related to tooling.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer - Tooling with:

• Strong understanding of tooling design and maintenance principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Valid certifications or training in manufacturing engineering or a related field.

• Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
